A weekend mini retreat to cleanse & awaken body & mind.

How?

  • We will start at 8.30am with Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation & Chanting – 75 min
  • Then we will have a tea break with a cup of green tea and a shot of celery-apple juice infused with barley grass
  • Afterwards we will do a 90 min Yoga Practice, sequenced to cleanse and awaken body and mind!

Why?

The Pranayama is very effective on cleansing the energy channels in the body and helps you to refine the breath and take it deeper. Breath is essential to life and it is healing and sustaining.

The Yoga Sequence is designed to not only work on the muscular and skeletal level but also with the deeper tissues to help on the body’s metabolism.

When?

We should concede a cleansing weekend at least every month, but especially after Christmas or New Year’s eve celebration!
